We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Design Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality facade and roofing design solutions. This role is pivotal in managing the full design lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered in line with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and programme deadlines. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and influencing project outcomes through strategic planning and effective problem‑solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design process from concept through to project completion, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee the use of design tools such as Autodesk software to produce accurate drawings, schedules, and technical documentation.
