Stonewater is seeking an Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) Caseworker to take ownership of ASB caseload end-to-end, delivering on customer commitments and working with Police, Local Authorities and health partners. The role involves preparing and presenting cases in court, travelling to hearings, and contributing to service improvements using data-driven insights.
You will join the Customer Experience (CX) directorate and be supported with comprehensive training while handling complex cases.
