Fire cooking, hyper: seasonal, Green Michelin Star.

Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Open to Senior CDP, CDP, or Junior Sous level.

We are seeking a passionate chef to join a truly unique restaurant set within an 18th: century walled garden in South Wiltshire.

This is a rare opportunity for a chef who wants to work with produce from garden to plate : growing, foraging, and cooking over fire.
