Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate: GBP 90 - GBP 100 per day

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant to join an innovative team. This role involves supporting students with a range of learning, physical, and behavioural needs. You’ll work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping each student reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:- 1:1 and small group support: Assist students with their academic and personal development.
- IEP implementation: Help deliver individualised education plans and track student progress.
- Behavioural management: Use positive reinforcement and strategies to support students' emotional and social needs.
- Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Classroom assistance: Help prepare materials and maintain a safe, stimulating learning space.
- Experience working with children, especially those with SEN.
- Child DBS on update service.
- A strong understanding of different learning styles and developmental stages.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
