  • Physical Management: Safely assist with mobility and positioning using hoists, standing frames, and specialised seating.
  • Medical Support: Monitor the health and well-being of students, including the management of epilepsy and other complex medical needs (full training provided).
Qualities We Value
  • Emotional Intelligence: Bringing a calm, grounded presence to the classroom, especially during high-sensory or medically complex moments.
  • Creative Thinking: A knack for turning everyday objects into sensory learning tools to spark a student’s curiosity.
  • Advocacy Mindset: A fierce dedication to upholding the dignity and rights of every learner, ensuring their voice is heard.
  • Reliability: Consistency is key for our students; a dependable nature helps build the trust necessary for them to thrive.
