We are looking for a hands-on, passionate General Manager for a vibrant, community-focused pub. This pub focuses on great pints, great music, and a whole lot of sport. Alongside that, this Inn has some stunning boutique rooms for weary travellers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with a visible floor presence
- Oversee the food and drinks service in this stunning community site
- Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives
