My client has an extensive portfolio of sites across the Midlands and is seeking an exceptional GM to manage one of their beautiful pubs.

Responsibilities

1. Full financial accountability, including stock ordering and management.
2. Developing and training the team, incorporating feedback to improve performance.
3. Creating menus, including wine, beer, and food selections, with autonomy.

Candidate Requirements

1. Essential food industry experience.
2. Aware of operational needs for business success.
3. Proven track record in the industry with P&L management experience.
4. Charismatic presence, friendly, and welcoming.
