As General Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue and overall operations of this site. This is a high-volume operation, and you must have experience in service led high-volume hospitality or leisure venues.

  • You are currently at the General Management level.
  • You have strong experience in driving sales growth.
  • You have experience within a fast-paced, leisure or hospitality environment.
  • Experience maintaining high standards plus delivering excellent service first time every time.
  • Retaining and developing your team into strong, self-efficient managers.
  • A strong focus on building, motivating and retaining teams of staff and the ability to demonstrate experience in this area.
  • Structured/branded experience with Profit and Loss account management.
