Shaftesbury Rowlands Gill is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to help adults live their best lives with personalised care and support plans.
On a 1:1 basis you will follow individual plans, keep records, assist with personal care or medication, and may cover sleep-in shifts with an extra £60 per session.
You’ll work 40 hours per week across day shifts, enjoy a welcoming team, and be part of a service that values openness, inclusion, and courageous care.
