As the Finishing Foreman/Foreperson, you will be the driving force behind the final stages of the project. Working within a live hospital environment, you will ensure that every room meets the rigorous standards required for mental health care, focusing on anti-ligature finishes, durability, and clinical compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Manage the final fix stages, ensuring all works meet high-end healthcare specifications.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and oversee specialist trades to ensure they adhere to the project timeline and quality standards.
- Snagging: Take full ownership of the snagging list, proactively identifying issues and driving them to completion.
- Programme Delivery: Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure all deadlines are met ahead of the January handover.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to strict hospital protocols and infection control measures.
