We are seeking a keen and skilled finisher to join a busy team on a new build housing development in Middlesbrough.
This is an ongoing contract role focused on putting the final, high: quality touches on homes before they are handed over to buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out snagging and finishing works across new build plots.
- Performing high: quality patch plastering and wall repairs.
- Internal painting and decorating to ensure a pristine finish.
- Applying neat, professional mastic/silicone sealing in kitchens, bathrooms and around fixtures.
- Correcting any defects or minor damage left behind by regular trades prior to final handover.
- What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Finisher, Snagging Hand or Multi: Trade Operative on new build housing sites.
- Strong competency in patch plastering, painting and masticing.
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
- Own tools and full PPE (Hard hat, high: vis vest/jacket and steel toe cap boots).
- An exceptional eye for detail and high standards of workmanship.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
