The predicted salary is between 35000 - 42000 £ per year.

Acting for global insurance companies, you will advise on a broad range of high‑value domestic and international surety transactions, including facility agreements, recourse arrangements, guarantee and on‑demand bond documentation, security documentation, intercreditor agreements and risk participation arrangements. You will work closely with colleagues across restructuring and disputes to provide a full‑service offering to clients, supporting matters involving customer distress and claims under guarantees and bonds. The role offers significant client exposure, responsibility for leading transactions and the opportunity to build long‑term relationships within a highly specialised market.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE and a strong background in banking, finance, project finance, or surety work. Previous surety experience would be beneficial but is by no means essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your expertise in this specialist area. Candidates with broader transactional finance experience and familiarity with LMA documentation are encouraged. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical ability, commercial awareness, and strong relationship‑building skills, together with the confidence to manage complex transactions and deliver exceptional client service.
