Now in its third generation, the company is investing in growth, modernisation and strengthening its field engineering team to support an expanding customer base across the south. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking Field Service Engineer to join our team and be part of our journey. This is an ideal role for candidates based in Reading, Newbury, Farnborough, Guildford, Oxford and Bracknell.

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair a wide variety of forklift trucks and material handling equipment.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Respond to breakdowns and keep customer downtime to a minimum.
- Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a field-based mechanical and/or electrical engineering role, ideally within forklifts.
- Thorough Examination (LOLER and PUWER) certification highly desirable.
- A self-motivated engineer with strong diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds) are beneficial but experience and attitude matter most.
- Must hold a valid UK driver's licence.
