The Forward Trust is seeking a Family Support Practitioner for the team at HMP Highdown in Sutton.

This full‑time, 35‑hour per week role supports people in custody and their families across prison and local communities, helping to rebuild relationships and promote wellbeing and recovery.

Delivery includes 1:1 and group interventions; safeguarding, data recording, and collaboration with the Family Support and Specialist Programmes department. DBS checks apply.
