FAMILY SOLICITOR: LOCUM, 8+ YEARS\’ PQE, PART TIME, CIRCA 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT, BEDFORDSHIRE. We have an excellent opportunity for a part time Locum Family Solicitor to join a team and provide maternity cover for approximately 12 months. JOB REF: 2741
Responsibilities
- The locum will manage a private family law caseload, including children matters, TOLATA disputes and financial remedy proceedings, providing clear client advice and progressing cases independently with minimal supervision.
- Applications are invited from qualified family law solicitors with 8+ years\’ PQE, able to manage children and financial remedy matters independently, with experience or familiarity in TOLATA cases.
- You will demonstrate strong client care and communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt to a developing office environment.
- The firm provides support from a legal assistant, guidance from a senior solicitor and the family department manager, a professional and friendly working environment, and competitive locum rates.
