Sapientia Education Trust in Fakenham is seeking a Student Support Leader to join the Pastoral Team at Fakenham Academy from September 2026. The role involves supporting the pastoral and SEND systems, attendance and behaviour across the school, and working closely with teachers and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure every student feels safe, happy and ready to learn.
