This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a multi-site portfolio and build the facilities management function from the ground up. You will play a central role in shaping how sites operate, implementing systems, managing contractors, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment across all locations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business and wants real influence over how FM is delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for facilities management across multiple UK sites
  • Set up and implement PPM schedules, FM systems, processes, and standards as the portfolio grows
  • Manage all contractor relationships, including procurement, performance, and cost control
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations
  • Support new site openings and ongoing operational improvements
  • Act as the go-to lead for all facilities-related matters
About You
  • Experienced Facilities Manager with a strong multi-site background
  • Ideally from leisure, fitness, retail, or a customer-facing environment
  • Confident managing contractors and driving service standards
  • Comfortable building processes from scratch in a growing business
  • Proactive, hands-on, and commercially aware
