What You Will Do

  • Manage the site spares strategy, ensuring the correct spares are available when needed.
  • Build and maintain a network of contractors, ensuring all work adheres to RAMS and PTW processes.
  • Schedule and communicate planned maintenance to minimise disruption to the facility.
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance of building infrastructure, including specialist dry:room and HVAC systems.
  • Oversee logistics management, including goods:in procedures, stock control, and the operation of the warehouse and workshop areas.
  • Carry out small electrical and plumbing repairs, ensuring a smooth:running facility.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven hands:on experience in facilities maintenance, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Qualifications enabling you to undertake small electrical and plumbing jobs confidently.
  • Familiarity with contractor management and safety processes, including risk assessments and permits to work.
  • Experience working with HVAC systems and building infrastructure maintenance.
  • A proactive, can:do attitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
