The Role
The school caters for students of all abilities from its local community, including those with SEND. The successful candidate would mainly work with small groups outside the classroom delivering tailored interventions and individualised support, and would also support in the classroom as required. They would be responsible for the planning and monitoring of the interventions. The SEND Department plays a crucial role in the success of students, and therefore a commitment to wider opportunities such as attending trips or being a first‑aider would be an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

- Experience of supporting small groups of students in lessons and/or one‑to‑one work.
- Achieved GCSE or equivalent in both English and maths at grade C/4 or above.
