Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate requests through the management platform
  • Liaise with onsite engineers and technical support teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
  • Schedule preventative maintenance activities across multiple client locations
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventories, records and documentation
  • Support performance reporting through accurate data collection and administration
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer communications and updates

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within service coordination, technical support or similar operational environments
  • Knowledge of audio-visual technology, conferencing systems or related technical equipment
  • Experience using service management or ticketing systems
  • Strong administrative, documentation and scheduling capabilities
  • Experience maintaining asset records, maintenance schedules and service reports
