A new opportunity for an ambitious Residential and Development Solicitor looking to secure an opportunity with a supportive and friendly team.

The Role

You’ll be exposed to challenging, varied and intellectually rewarding work, within a collegiate team known for technical excellence and outstanding client service. You will support Partners and more senior colleagues across a wide spectrum of commercial property and development matters. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include investment acquisitions, private residential development; local authority and registered provider housing development, estate regeneration and joint venture projects.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors looking to secure a role within this area of law. You will be confident and capable of managing your own caseload. You will also support senior members of the team with more complex issues. Participate in marketing, BD, seminars and training activities.
