Executive Chef – Brunch Venues – Daytime Role – 70k-80k

Brigade Size: 4-12 chefs per site
We are excited to partner with a growing restaurant group, known for its vibrant all-day dining venues across London and a new opening in Manchester. They are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead their kitchens, drive menu innovation, and support team development.
The Role:
- Full ownership of kitchens and food direction across multiple sites.
- Lead seasonal menu changes and development.
- Mentor and upskill Head Chefs and kitchen teams.
- Oversee food cost management, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, reducing food waste and promoting ethical sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
The Ideal Executive Chef:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Group Head Chef in a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams (50+ staff).
- Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and innovative menu development.
- Excellent business acumen, with experience analysing P&L reports and managing budgets.
- Proficient in BOH systems, procurement, and recipe development software.
- Hands-on approach, with flexibility to work weekends and support sites as needed.
