Are you an EA / Pensions Administrator looking for a new position in Construction? A Tier One Main Contractor is looking for an EA to work for them in their Prescot office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an EA or PA, excellent communication and organizational skills, and great experience in Pensions and working as an EA.
Long term contracted role Part-time hours: 20 - 25 hours a week. Hybrid working with 60% in the office and 40% working from home.
Responsibilities Include:
- Arrange annual trustee programmes.
- Assist the Trustee Pensions Manager helping with agendas and minutes.
- Organizing reports and dealing with filing and documentation.
- Dealing with legal work.
- Dealing with archiving.
- Dealing with emails and telephone calls.
- Booking travel and expenses.
- Liaising with external suppliers.
