Assistant Restaurant Manager – Cotswolds
Salary: Up to GBP 35,000 + Service Charge
Location: Cotswolds
About the Position
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the shifts
- Train and develop the staff’s palate with your knowledge
- Deliver fantastic service to the guests
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
- Manage margins and promotions
- Report to the Restaurant Manager
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in fine dining or Michelin restaurants
- Extensive wine knowledge
- A high level of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge and a passion for fine dining
- Well organised with great attention to detail
