Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one support to students with additional needs.
- Help students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks.
- Improve organisational skills, including effective time management.
- Assist with breaking down assignments into manageable steps to meet deadlines.
- Support students in managing stress and anxiety related to studies or daily life.
- Guide students in reflecting on personal and academic experiences.
- Boost students’ confidence by identifying and building upon their strengths.
- Maintain close communication with Randstad and report any student concerns promptly.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Active membership with at least one recognised professional organisation at the required level.
