We’re recruiting a Head Chef for one of London’s leading premium events and catering businesses. The CPU is based in East London. This is a rare opportunity to lead a talented kitchen team delivering exceptional food across some of London’s most prestigious venues and events. From intimate private dining and premium hospitality to large‑scale events for 1,000+ guests, this role offers genuine variety, creativity and the chance to make a real impact.

We’re looking for a food‑led Head Chef who enjoys leading from the front, developing people and delivering consistently high standards in a fast‑paced events environment.

The Offer

The Role
  • Lead the kitchen across production and live events.
  • Drive food quality, consistency and presentation standards.
  • Manage, mentor and develop the chef team.
  • Support menu development and event planning.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of high‑profile events and services.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on operational success.
About You
  • Proven Head Chef experience within events, hospitality or contract catering.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long‑term roles.
