Responsibilities:
- Handle sea freight import shipments from start to finish
- Prepare and process import documentation and customs paperwork
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with hauliers and shipping lines
- Monitor vessel arrivals and shipment progress
- Support customers with shipment updates and operational queries
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment handling
- Assist with general operational and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience within freight forwarding imports
- Previous sea freight import operations experience essential
- Good understanding of import documentation and customs processes
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
