We are expanding our practice and looking for an experienced Family Paralegal with at least 12 months experience to support the team on a varied caseload of family law matters.

Location: Essex

Salary: GBP dependent on experience – competitive remuneration package on offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team on a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial issues on separation, children issues, injunctions, agreements and separation agreements.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, taking responsibility for your own caseload of family law cases as a senior level paralegal.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage deadlines to provide high quality support to solicitors in all family law matters.
  • Provide strong organisational and administrative support, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience of working within a family law team, with at least 12 months of relevant experience.
  • Confident, self-sufficient and capable of handling an independent caseload.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
