Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical design and coordination of projects across all RIBA work stages as an Architectural Technician
- Prepare and manage detailed technical drawings, construction information and working drawing packages
- Assist with project delivery, including attending site visits and coordinating project information
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors to support smooth project progression
- Contribute to planning submissions, feasibility studies and presentation material
- Ensure all technical work complies with current UK building regulations and industry standards
About You
- Qualification in Architectural Technology or a similar related subject
- Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK architectural practice
- Good knowledge of UK planning legislation, building regulations and construction techniques
- Strong technical detailing skills combined with good design awareness
- Proficient in relevant industry software
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
