The Role
- Join a busy and expanding Residential Conveyancing team.
- Manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, stamp duty, title checks, searches, and enquiries.
- The role also includes more complex leasehold and commercial work such as lease renewals, refinancing, business acquisitions, and an active part in business development.
- Secretarial support is provided.
The Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and strong residential conveyancing experience.
- Commercial experience is an advantage.
- Organised, able to manage a busy caseload, prioritise effectively and work proactively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client‑care skills and a positive team contribution are expected.
