A reputable firm is looking for an experienced property lawyer specialising in both commercial and residential property law to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The appointed lawyer will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters as well as some commercial property transactions.
  • This includes overseeing residential property deals from instruction through to completion, handling various commercial property matters, and acting for property investors and developers across the country.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property.
  • You should also have strong client care, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
