An excellent role for an experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking to join a progressive team and take ownership of the leadership and development of the Private Client department.
Overview:
- Manage a broad range of private client work, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration, with an ongoing emphasis on IHT and CGT planning for high net worth clients.
- Advise on complex family arrangements, including agricultural and farming estates, with a thorough understanding of all applicable tax reliefs.
- Deliver expert guidance on complex tax and succession planning issues, including the establishment and ongoing administration of trusts.
- Maintain clear, professional and empathetic communication with clients, colleagues and professional referrers, consistently delivering a high standard of client care.
- Contribute to and strengthen the team’s standing for technical excellence and sensitive, client-focused advice.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional development and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Coordinate team activity across several offices, ensuring a consistent approach between fee earners and support teams.
- Utilise strong business development capabilities to nurture existing client relationships and develop new professional connections and networks.
