Responsibilities- You will manage a varied caseload of contentious matters, acting for a broad client base and providing clear, strategic advice from inception through to resolution.
- Managing a caseload of litigation matters including civil and commercial disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery and property and landlord and tenant disputes.
- Conducting litigation from pre-action stage through to trial and settlement.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management.
- Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on litigation experience.
- Confident in managing cases independently.
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
