Responsibilities include:

  • Advising both employees and employers on a full range of employment issues, including grievance and disciplinary proceedings, redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and TUPE.
  • Leading and mentoring junior colleagues within the Employment team.
  • Exhibiting strong business development instincts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
