This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded lawyer to deliver high-quality employment law advice across a broad range of matters. You will provide expert legal advice to a diverse client base, working on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will be expected to manage your own caseload, contribute to team development, and support the wider business where required. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include:
- Drafting Employment Tribunal documentation and managing Employment Tribunal claims
- Employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and other legal documentation
- Settlement agreements, restructuring and redundancies, and TUPE
Skills Required
- Minimum of 7 Years PQE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to deliver clear, practical, and solution-oriented advice
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Confidence managing complex matters and client relationships
- Experience leading and supervising junior members of the team would be advantageous, but is not essential
