We are looking for a talented Company and Commercial Solicitor to join this friendly and collaborative team. You will be part of a leading firm that has kept its High Street family feel, with the chance to develop your own thriving desk and build lasting relationships across our strong client base. This is a full-time role with flexibility around office location, attracting 28 days' holiday, plus public holidays. Responsibilities:
- You will work with a wide range of businesses, advising on areas including business sales, acquisitions and mergers, drafting and reviewing contracts, shareholder agreements, franchises, agency agreements and business start-ups.
Qualifications:
- You will be a confident communicator with around 3 to 5 years PQE, commercially minded and detail focused.
- Able to manage your workload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
