As an experienced QHSE Officer or equivalent, youll be competent conducting internal audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance to various ISO standards, managing our IMS and building relationships with internal stakeholders.
BASIC SALARY: Up to A GBP 45,000 dependant on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
QHSE Officer : ISO, Auditor, Compliance, Automation
Working as part of the IMS team and reporting into one of our Directors, youll have a team of experienced internal auditors around you.
Based out of our Enfield office. This is a hybrid role, requiring some travel to our various sites nationally to audit them.
This role has become available, as it has been relocated from Ireland to London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- A Ensure we maintain and work within ISO 9001:2015, liaising with external bodies on issues related to the external accreditation process.
- A Support ongoing compliance with international standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and facilitate any external third: party audits.
- A Maintain and conduct our internal audits
- A Ensure that processes needed for the Integrated Management System (IMS) are better established, implemented, and maintained.
- A Work with the purchasing team to establish quality requirements from external suppliers and initiate the review and approval of suppliers in line with our requirements.
- A Support the IMS team with all applicable policies in line with our requirements and the requirements of applicable legislation.
- A Conduct site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- A Perform and review risk assessments, including COSHH assessments for hazardous substances.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Previous work experience of driving ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards within a business.
- A Experience conducting internal audits and risk assessments and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS).
- A The ability to liaise with external bodies for accreditation and certification purposes.
- A Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the IMS team and any external parties.
- A full UK driving license is require due to the UK travel involved.
