We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Freelance Social Media Manager to take ownership of the social media for our four London pubs. This isn’t just about posting content; we’re looking for someone who can build a real community, grow our customer base, and create content that gets people through the door. You’ll bring each pub’s personality to life and help make them the places everyone is talking about.

The Role

  • Manage all social media across our four venues
  • Create engaging photo, video and written content
  • Plan and schedule content across all platforms
  • Promote events, offers and seasonal campaigns
  • Grow our audience through creative, organic social media marketing
  • Engage with followers and build an active online community
  • Track performance and bring fresh ideas to keep improving

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing social media for hospitality, food and drink or lifestyle brands
  • Confident creating Reels, TikToks and other short‑form video content
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills
  • Creative, proactive and full of ideas
  • Comfortable visiting venues, capturing content and working independently

The Details

  • Freelance position
  • 2 days per week
  • Paid on a day‑rate basis
  • One day each week will be spent visiting all four pubs to capture content and work with the teams on‑site. The second day can be worked remotely, planning, editing, scheduling content and managing the accounts.
