Flexible Hours: Choose shifts that fit your life.

  • Day Shifts: 6-hour (8am-2pm) or 12-hour (8am-8pm)
  • Night Shifts: 12-hour (8pm-8am)

About The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants who are passionate about enriching the lives of the elderly and contributing to a positive, community-focused home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing hands-on personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Assisting residents with meals and hydration.
  • Supporting residents during visits from healthcare professionals.
  • Creating a Quality Life: Leading community outings and developing meaningful in-home experiences.
  • Ensuring meticulous record-keeping using our computerised reporting system.
  • Medication Management: Administering medication as prescribed, accurately and safely, following all procedural guidelines.
  • Care Planning: Contributing to, implementing, and updating resident care plans in collaboration with the management team.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to junior Care Assistants, delegating tasks appropriately, and overseeing shifts as required.
  • Communication: Acting as a key point of contact for residents' families and external healthcare professionals, providing updates and coordinating care.
