Tip Top Job is seeking a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH) in Perry Common and surrounding areas.

The role includes 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and build confidence.

You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress against EHCP targets, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and contribute to a stable, supportive routine.
