Award‑winning national law firm seeks experienced Employment Solicitor to take on a role within its Professional Support team.

Location: Manchester

The Role:

  • You will develop, maintain and enhance the team's know‑how, precedents and knowledge resources.
  • Monitor and communicate legal and regulatory developments in employment law.
  • Deliver training sessions, technical updates and thought leadership materials.
  • Contribute to client‑facing publications, alerts, webinars and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with pitches, tenders and business development opportunities.
  • Help drive innovation, legal‑tech adoption and knowledge‑management initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in employment law gained within a leading national, regional or international law firm recognised for its employment law services.
  • Technically excellent, with strong knowledge of employment law matters.
  • Passionate about legal developments, training and knowledge sharing.
  • A strong communicator with excellent drafting and presentation skills.
  • Commercially aware, collaborative and proactive.
  • Interested in innovation and improving how legal services are delivered.
