We are currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals. You will manage a caseload of participants, guiding them through their journey to employment, acting as their coach and mentor, and building strong, positive relationships. Your role will be to motivate, challenge, encourage, and help customers obtain sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and a motivational adviser. You should have a high level of initiative and motivation, the ability to seek solutions to problems, and work well under pressure without day-to-day supervision. We value candidates who can provide first-class customer service and are driven by our aim to empower lives and improve communities.
This role offers the opportunity to utilise your skills to influence, support, and encourage others, and to contribute your unique experiences to our organisation. Our organisation delivers a range of Employability and Health contracts supporting unemployed people back to work. This role is part of our Restart Scheme.
