Salary: GBP 75,000 – 85,000 per annum (DOE) + GBP 7,300 car allowance, 15% Bonus

Role Summary: Seeking a Group / Regional/ Multisite Health and Safety Manager to support a large cluster of high‑risk facilities in the North of Scotland. This is a permanent position involved with site standardisation, various large‑scale CAPEX projects, and leading cultural change across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run detailed analysis and site review across the facilities, ensuring gaps are closed.
  • Produce a functional and clear localised H&S roadmap in line with Group standards.
  • Support and guide the sites, taking them on a cultural journey towards interdependency.
  • Educate, train and drive accountability for HSE across the sites.
  • Ensure all H&S is paramount across current and upcoming projects.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports, educating and empowering the sites to take accountability for H&S.

Essential Criteria

  • Diploma level qualification in H&S such as NEBOSH, NVQ Level 5/6, IOSH Level.
  • High‑risk background with experience in Process Safety and managing COMAH facilities (including manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, oil and gas, chemical).
  • Prior experience at this senior level of H&S.
  • Prior cultural change experience.
