Role Summary: Seeking a Group / Regional/ Multisite Health and Safety Manager to support a large cluster of high‑risk facilities in the North of Scotland. This is a permanent position involved with site standardisation, various large‑scale CAPEX projects, and leading cultural change across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Run detailed analysis and site review across the facilities, ensuring gaps are closed.
- Produce a functional and clear localised H&S roadmap in line with Group standards.
- Support and guide the sites, taking them on a cultural journey towards interdependency.
- Educate, train and drive accountability for HSE across the sites.
- Ensure all H&S is paramount across current and upcoming projects.
- Coach and mentor direct reports, educating and empowering the sites to take accountability for H&S.
Essential Criteria
- Diploma level qualification in H&S such as NEBOSH, NVQ Level 5/6, IOSH Level.
- High‑risk background with experience in Process Safety and managing COMAH facilities (including manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, oil and gas, chemical).
- Prior experience at this senior level of H&S.
- Prior cultural change experience.
