ROLE – Electromechanical Technician

LOCATION – West London

TERM – Permanent

SALARY– £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

My client is a specialist manufacturer. They are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join their team in West London on a permanent basis.

Attributes

1. Ideally be experienced building high precision products and parts
2. Modelmaking experience
3. Knowledge of welding, machining, fine assembly, vacuum forming and plastic moulding
4. Knowledge of a variety of materials – sheet metal, timber, injection moulded plastics, 3D printed parts etc.
5. A background in Manufacture would be beneficial
6. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
7. Team player

Responsibilities

1. Assembly of a variety of electromechanical equipment and systems
2. Working to procedures and instructions
3. Working with copper and brass – soldering and brazing
4. Testing and fault-finding
5. Repair and calibration
6. Communicating with different departments to resolve technical issues
