Education Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, West London, £60,000 – £85,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for 2025! Are you an experienced Education Solicitor looking for a new challenge? JOB REF:8360.

• Working within a small and expanding team, you will manage your own caseload and work alongside a team to develop the practice offering on behalf of the firm.

• The work primarily focuses on individuals who require legal advice and representation to manage the individual circumstances in which there is a conflict with the educational institution.

• Applications are sought from Education Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained from another leading law firm.

• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include parental issues arising from the school admission processes, exclusions and complaints procedures, access to provision for special needs establishments, and advice and representation for teachers in relation to their professional conduct and fitness to practice.

• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with other teams within the firm.
