Location: Lingfield, Surrey

Salary: £12.71 – £13.65 per hour (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full‑Time and Part‑Time (Up to 44.25 hours/week, Term: Time Only)

Shifts: Early, Late, and Split shifts available (Monday to Friday options)

About the Role

We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our Outstanding rated residential campus in Lingfield—a leading charity for young people with epilepsy, autism, and severe learning disabilities. This role provides an exceptional clinical environment to observe, understand, and support complex neurological and behavioural needs.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Education and Experience: A Psychology or Social Science degree paired with at least 3 months of experience in SEN, care, or education.
  • Key Attributes: Analytical mindset, emotional resilience, calm under pressure, and a strong team player.
  • Driving Licence: Essential. Due to our beautiful campus location and shift timings, you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
  • Availability: Ready to launch your professional career this September.

Responsibilities

This is a highly rewarding, active role supporting young people aged 4 to 25 to build daily independence. Responsibilities include managing potentially challenging behaviours, supporting communication barriers, and providing daily personal care with utmost dignity and respect. You will never face these clinical challenges alone; you will operate within a tight‑knit, heavily team‑oriented environment.
