As a Centre Operations Assistant, you'll have a varied position where your work directly contributes to accurate finances, efficient administration and a professional experience for everyone using the centre.

- Your responsibilities as Centre Operations Assistant
- : Manage financial administration including invoices, banking transactions, payments and account reconciliations.
- : Complete billing, credit control and month: end processes accurately and on time.
- : Support tenants with day: to: day queries and administer licence agreements.
- : Handle reception duties, meeting room bookings, post, deliveries and visitor requirements.
- : Maintain accurate records and complete general office administration.
- : Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers while helping maintain the presentation and smooth operation of the centre.
What we're looking for in a Centre Operations Assistant
- : Previous experience within finance, accounts or a position involving financial administration.
- : Experience processing invoices, payments, billing, reconciliations or similar accounting tasks.
- : Strong general administration and IT skills, including maintaining accurate records.
- : Experience managing multiple administrative and financial priorities within a busy working environment.
- : Confident written and verbal communication skills for dealing with customers, suppliers and other external contacts.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11am:5pm, onsite.
