A mission-led organisation with an international footprint is seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to support its global digital growth. This role sits within a growing marketing function, delivering UK-based projects with worldwide reach. You will take ownership of organic search performance, using insight-led SEO strategies to improve visibility, authority, and conversion across international websites.

What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and wider digital team, you will lead performance across content optimisation, technical improvements, analytics, and AI-focused search visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise on-page content for search engines and AI-driven discovery (AEO / zero-click visibility)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements
- Support entity-led content strategies to build topical authority
- Improve conversion rates from organic traffic
- Develop backlink and authority-building strategies
- Track and report on performance using analytics and search platforms
- Translate data into clear, actionable insight for marketing stakeholders
What We're Looking For In An SEO Specialist:
- Experience in an SEO-focused role
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, search intent, and keyword strategy
- Experience using SEO and analytics platforms
- Practical use of AI tools within SEO workflows and understanding of LLMs
- Experience managing international or multi-regional websites is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insight clearly
