We are recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Martello Road.
This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.
About The Role
The role is to provide support and encouragement, following direction from the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records as per service requirements and may be asked to administer personal care and medication.
You may cover sleep‑in sessions, for which you will receive an additional GBP 60 per sleep‑in.
At Martello Road, Shaftesbury South East provides person‑centred care and support to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible.
