The Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Receptionist/Administration Assistant for an immediate, short‑term contract at a vibrant academy in Peckham. Because this role requires an immediate start, we can only consider candidates who already hold a valid, enhanced DBS check. As the first point of contact for the school, you will provide a comprehensive receptionist service to the main academy office. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment while handling various administrative, secretarial, and reprographics tasks to support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the front‑of‑house reception desk, greeting visitors, parents, and students.
- Answering incoming calls, handling enquiries, and transferring messages accurately.
